Support does not stop once the immediate crisis ends. Full Circle Services provides follow-up stabilization and Substance Abuse IOP services, along with  coordination to help individuals regain stability, connect with ongoing care, and build skills that prevent future crises.

Full Circle Services, LLC is committed to providing timely, compassionate, and community-based behavioral health and substance use services across Regions 1 and 4 in Virginia. Through our Mobile Crisis Response, Community Stabilization, and Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program, we support individuals and families experiencing mental health and substance use challenges while helping them remain safely connected to their communities.


Using a person-centered and family-focused approach, our team delivers immediate crisis intervention, ongoing stabilization support, and structured recovery services designed to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, strengthen natural support systems, and promote long-term wellness and recovery.

SERVICES OFFERED

Mobile Crisis Response, Community Stabilization and Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Services

Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) offers rapid, on-site intervention for individuals experiencing a behavioral health emergency. Our trained crisis professionals respond in person to assess the situation, de-escalate crises, and create immediate safety and support plans.

Mobile Crisis teams provide:

  • Immediate crisis assessment and intervention
  • De-escalation and stabilization support
  • Suicide and safety risk assessment
  • Coordination with family members and support systems
  • Connection to community resources and ongoing services
  • Collaboration with hospitals, law enforcement, and community partners when necessary
  • Development of short-term safety and support plans

Services are available to individuals of all ages experiencing emotional distress, mental health crises, or behavioral health emergencies.


Community Stabilization (CS) services provide short-term, intensive follow-up support after a crisis to help individuals regain stability and prevent future emergencies. Services are delivered in the individual’s home or community setting and focus on restoring daily functioning and strengthening long-term supports.

Community Stabilization includes:

  • Ongoing crisis prevention and stabilization support
  • Assistance with medication and treatment follow-up
  • Skill-building for emotional regulation and coping
  • Support for daily living and community functioning
  • Family engagement and education
  • Coordination with outpatient providers and community resources
  • Development of long-term wellness and recovery plans

Services are typically provided over several weeks, depending on individual need, to ensure stability and successful transition to routine care.


Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient (SAIOP ASAM Level 2.1) offers a higher level of support than traditional outpatient treatment, providing structured therapeutic services multiple days per week to help individuals build recovery skills, prevent relapse, and address underlying factors contributing to substance use.

Program services include:

  • Individual and group substance use counseling
  • Relapse prevention and recovery skill development
  • Education on substance use and its impact on mental and physical health
  • Coping and emotional regulation skill development
  • Family involvement and education when appropriate
  • Coordination with medical, mental health, and community supports
  • Recovery and discharge planning

Services are designed to support long-term recovery while allowing individuals to maintain responsibilities in their daily lives.

Mobile Crisis Services are available to:

  • Children, adolescents, and adults
  • Individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises
  • Families seeking urgent behavioral health support
  • Individuals at risk of hospitalization or emergency intervention

Community Stabilization Services are available to:

  • Children, adolescents, and adults
  • Individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises
  • Families seeking urgent behavioral health support
  • Individuals at risk of hospitalization or emergency intervention

Substance Abuse IOP Services are available to:

  • Adolescents and adults experiencing substance use challenges
  • Individuals needing structured treatment but not requiring inpatient or residential care
  • Individuals transitioning from detoxification, residential treatment, or higher levels of care
  • Individuals at risk of relapse without additional treatment support
  • Individuals needing support balancing recovery with work, school, or family obligations
  • Individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns


Full Circle Services, LLC proudly accepts Sentara Health Plans and Anthem HealthKeepers Plus, ensuring individuals and families have access to timely behavioral health and substance use services with minimal barriers to care.
